Britax

Britax Update

On behalf of Britax Child Safety, Inc., I would like to thank each of you for your efforts each day that help ensure safe travel for children! We greatly appreciate each of you for the feedback and contact you provide to Britax regarding our products and opportunities for improvement.
In October we announced the release of the Britax Advocate Extranet. Since then I have received feedback that you are unsure how to access the location.

To access the Britax Advocate Extranet:

Now you are logged into the main page of YOUR certification information. The top of the page you will see “Welcome to CPS Certification Online Services!”

Scroll down and review the Action Items list. This list will vary in length with certification type (technician or instructor)

Select Online CEUs that is listed under your current recertification cycle. As an instructor, mine is item number 8 in my list of Action Items.
Select 2. Britax Tech Site listed in the Featured Sites list.

You are now viewing the Britax Advocate Extranet.

The Britax Advocate Extranet is designed to provide certified child passenger safety technicians (CPST) and instructors (CPSTI) to provide CEU opportunities (available early 2009), technical support and information regarding Britax products beyond what can be found on our consumer-based website, http://www.britaxusa.com/.
As well, this site offers opportunity to communicate directly with Britax on a technical level as a CPST or CPSTI. Supporting our products to those of you who work in the field, combined with your input regarding installation issues, ease of use, user guide content and format, will help Britax products be the best they can be.

If you have any ideas about content that you would like to see at this destination, please let me know. We will constantly be working to improve this communication tool your input is much appreciated.
